- Dec 4th Monday - long haul national deliveries W.A, Far North Queensland and remote areas
- Dec 13th Wednesday - short haul national deliveries Interstate metro or same state Queensland regional areas
- Dec 15th Friday - same city, Gold Coast deliveries
Please not after these delivery times we can not ensure deliveries will be there in time for Christmas. Please note express post is available however AUSpost can not guarantee next day delivery.

International delivery is sent via AusPost service with tracking details emailed for you to track your parcels journey, should you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org
In the unforeseen circumstance a parcel is sent via Economy Air and not received, AusPost will not declare a parcel lost, until it has been missing for 3 months (this allows time for the parcel to be returned to sender should it be undeliverable.
Some international orders may incur an additional charge (country and order cost dependant) due to importation/customs taxes, which is required to be paid by you, the customer on delivery. Please note customs can delay parcel lead/arrival times, which is out of our control.

big little noise is dispatching orders as normal within 24-72 hours, however parcel delivery delays may be experienced during the above time, so please be patient with our couriers, especially during peak periods.
All Australian orders are sent via Sendle, outside of areas they do not ship too or express post which is via AUSPost. Orders sent via AUSPost express post delivery can not be guaranteed as next day delivery, however this still remains a priority service.
Shipping worldwide is available in line with AusPost guidelines and advice. (please check your zone for up to date advice and cut off dates)

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be picked, packed and processed (extending times during new product releases, peak periods eg. Easter and Christmas or promotional offers).
All items online, are in stock and ready to ship, unless specified in the description as a pre~order item in which it will have an estimated date of arrival. Please keep in mind this is an estimate based on information from our suppliers/delivery.
If ordering a pre~order Item, your order will be sent all together in one shipment. if you require items to be sent as seperate delivery please contact us at email@example.com to make these arrangements.
All items are quality checked prior to dispatch and being a natural item contain individual timber characteristics and markings, making each piece unique.
We do not offer a return or refund for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
